CANCELLATION POLICY

We send final confirmation for class one week before the start date.

Our Cancellation policy is strict. Cancelling after you get the final confirmation email leaves little time for Kimber to fill your vacant roster spot. Therefore, if something comes up that you have to attend and you plan that trip 3 weeks prior to swim class, tell us then, not one week before class starts when we send the final confirmation email. The POLICY is:

We will not enroll you in any future swim2john classes if you cancel after this final confirmation email is sent. The exception is for medical emergency. For example, you confirm the Sunday we send the email. Three days later your child gets hurt and cannot do swim class and you have to cancel. This is OK and we will work to find another class in the future for your child.

It is not necessary to cancel because your child is going to miss one day for a planned specialist doctor appointment made prior to enrollment, or the earliest appointment date you could get from the doctor that falls during the class.

If a child becomes ill during class we let that illness run its course and then resume instruction. After that we work with you to get your child into another class to finish the job.
